Sporadic internet connections have helped delay my postings. Here goes some catching up

First is Gettysburg.

What can be said. Every death was an American fighting for what they believed was right. I spent part of Remembrance/Veteran's Day on this hallowed ground. They have done an amazing job in keeping these sites for future generations to understand what occurred here. This has been restored and preserved and is a must see if you make it to Pennsylvania.

In the visitor's centre, the cyclorama (the multimedia of it's day) gives an incredible sense of what happened as related by the soldiers who were there.

Oops. I was moved

Forever honoured and remembered for their sacrifice.
